The involvement of the public and partners in the planning and making the most if these relationships in the timetable

There have been several significant meetings during planning this project. These meetings in themselves have reconnected the artist and host organisation in ways that would not have occurred otherwise. This regular communication has enabled all parties to express their enthusiasm for taking part and to engage by suggesting how they can support its vision. The timetable for the year ahead shows the pre-planned future team meetings and re-fresh training/administration time throughout the duration of the year of the ‘hunt’.
